What we do

A frozen-food wholesaler, nothing else.

We buy, hold, and ship packaged frozen foods. Vegetables, fruit, meals, pizza and dough, ice cream, seafood, meat and poultry, potatoes and appetizers — bagged, boxed, cased, palleted. We do not sell dry grocery. We do not sell coffee equipment. This is the frozen line only.

Every inbound trailer is probed at the dock. Anything warmer than −18 °C is refused. Product is racked FIFO, picked in the room, and loaded into reefers with a logged reading.
